A Wok - really I have tried a myriad of fry daddy and other electric fryers and never found any as effective or splatter free as a good Wok. Use Peanut oil for deep frying - heat wok add oil to 1/2 fill wok - then when oil is hot(about 375 degrees) add wings and cook 8-10 minutes until done - remove to paper or drain tray. Good Luck!
