You don’t need a 6- gallon oil vat to enjoy deep- fried foods at home–the Presto FryDaddy Electric Deep Fryer is petite and makes four big servings of perfectly deep fried appetizers with just 4 cups of oil.
The unit is a compact 7 inches in diameter, and the portable fryer has easy to use one touch controls for precision frying. The FryDaddy electric deep frier automatically maintains the proper frying temperature between 325 and 375 degrees Fahrenheit. That way you can focus on cooking instead of fussing with the temperature controls. The mini home kitchen fryer features a snap-on lid, so you can store oil right in the fryer for reuse. All surfaces are nonstick for easy wipe down and cleanup.
